We had a great time in SF with the team of MANIA and thank them for allowing us to do a Master Class, below is a short preview of our hour long class.

What makes Power Jam™ unique?
Having grown tired of the annual certifications and high monthly rates required by other Trade Marked fitness organizations, a group of experienced instructors created Power Jam™ to offer instructors and students what these other organizations had been lacking. We offer YOU:
- High quality dance routines and updated dance moves with today's music
- A better workout! More athletically challenging routines to burn MORE calories and build lean muscle mass
- An unbeatably low price! You'll receive a 1 hour class and at least FOUR updated routines per month for $15 US and $30 US for initial sign-up Only $10.00 a month if you pay for the year.
- A larger pool of contributing choreographers = a greater variety of routines!
- Cueing and dance move terminology, as well as a Video Dictionary of individual moves! We'll give you the tools to teach the routines.
- NO restrictions! We don't train or certify instructors. We provide a variety of routines you may teach under the Power Jam™ name in any format you like or incorporate them into your pre-existing class under any other Trademarked name or format you support. The creative freedom is yours. Use the routines how and where you like!
- Once you join you will have instant access to the members only section of our website were you can preview and or download all routines and music needed to teach a full hour and a half class. If you would like to recieve a DVD then you will have to pay an extra dollar per month for cost of DVD and postage.

Cindy and Jodi will be attending I.H.R.S.A but Power Jam will not have a booth, or be presenting. Look for them on the floor, they will be wearing there Power Jam gear and giving away prizes and holding drawings for free apparel and free memberships to Power Jam.
